第一步：确认马达、中空旋台转平规格型号是否正确,并

将马达及中空旋转平台的安装面清洁乾净。

Step 1.Confirm thesepecification of the motor and the hollow rotating table whether they matched or ndt,then cleane and dry the connection part of the motor and the hollow rotating table.

第二步：取下中空旋转平台连接法兰上的扣式塞头,转动 锁紧环直到锁紧环螺丝对準塞头孔；取下马达轴 上原先的键，如有必要，请安装平衡键。

Step2.Remove   the key and instore the key if necessary; Remove the cover screw to adjust the position of  clamping screw.

第三步：直立式安装适配的电机,确认马达轴心尺寸，若

小于输入孔直径,选配适当轴套后再直立装入。 Step3.For easy mounting,put the motor vertically with the

shaft pointing upward,then insert the motor shaft into the gearbox inlet Bushing and align the flange  mounting holes on the gearbox flange.

当马达為平轴状,对准衬套夹缝在平轴中心线,使锁

紧环环螺丝与平轴面呈垂直。

As instaling on flatted shaft,be sure to align the collet gap over the flat and the set collar bolt perpendicular to the flat.

第四步：以锁紧扭力表建议扭力值的5%,使用扭力扳手对 角旋紧定位螺栓(依照对角线顺序表逐步将螺丝锁

紧)。

Step4.Tighten screw in diagonal manner not in circde direction, or tighten single crew in one time.And with torque  wrench to   5%specified torque.

第五步：参照锁紧扭力表，使用扭力扳手将锁紧环锁紧,

将扣式塞头装回。

Step5.Refer to the torque speciication form as the following table,using torque wrench to tighten the lock Bolt (to noted torque specification)and tighten the rest crews.
