一体式齿轮箱本体 One-piece Gearbox Housing 

齿轮箱和内环齿轮一体式的设计，经调质后加工，输出扭矩大，齿轮精度达 DIN6 级，精密度高。

The gearbox and internal ring gear are one-piece constructed. High gear accuracy meets DIN6 class.   

满针滚针轴承设计 Full Needle Roller Bearings Design

 行星齿轮的传动界面采用不含保持器的满针滚针轴承，增加接触面积以提高结构刚性及使用寿命。The planetary gear transmission employs full needle roller bearings without retainer to increase the contact surface, which greatly upgrades structural rigidity and service life.   

筒夹式连接机构 Collet Locking Mechanism 

输入端与马达的连接采用筒夹式的锁紧机构，并经动平衡分析，以确保在高输入转速下结合界面的同心度和平衡度，及零背隙的动力传递。The input-end and the motor are coupled through a collet locking mechanism. It has passed dynamical balance analysis to assure concentricity and balance on the connection and no backlash for power transmission while running at high speed.  

 一体式的行星臂架及双悬臂设计 Integrated Planetary Arm Bracket 

行星臂架与输出轴采用一体的结构设计，以确保高扭转刚性及精确度，并使用一次加工完成，控制精度在公差之内。The planetary arm bracket and the output shaft are one-piece constructed to increase torsional rigidity and accuracy. The entire structure is one-time machined for controlling accuracy in the specified tolerance.
